Last year I ran for Suicide&Co with my friend and raised £655! This year I will be joining up with my partner to raise more!

The estimated number of people directly bereaved by suicide each year is around 34,000.

Back in 2014 my dad died from suicide & counselling sessions supported me through my healing and enabled me to move through the trauma and not hold onto feelings of guilt.

I am taking on the 34k Challenge for Suicide&Co, with a fundraising target of £1000, so that together we can raise £34,000 to help Suicide&Co to continue to achieve their mission of supporting individuals bereaved by suicide, and provide people with counselling sessions through Suicide&Co's Counselling Service.
