It's that charitable time of year and I am going to be doing a Charity Hike for three charities that I hold close to my heart, so I ask you kindly to dig into your pockets and please donate to these amazing Services.

I am going to be hiking over the West Highland Way in Scotland over 7 days with two friends of mine Kris and Cat and we will be carrying our own Kit and food for the whole duration and also wild camping the whole hike.

Also along the journey we will be uploading some photos and videos of our progress for you to see how we are doing.

The charities that I am going to be raising money for along with your help will be CGL (Change Grow Live, wirral branch ), Mind and Remedi-uk who provide support services for people from all backgrounds. The services they provide range from mental health support, well being to Victim support and their main ethos and way of doing this is through therapy, art, social groups, music, yoga, relaxation outdoor activities and their own support services along with signposting, these are just a few of what they provide.

I myself have had support from these amazing charities and still continue to do so, and I would like to show my gratitude and with your help to support them by raising charitable donations so they are able to continue the amazing work that they provide for people for free of charge.
