We are excited to announce that Wetherby Karate Club has organised a special event, the Karate 'Kickathon', on April 4th, 2026. Our goal is to perform as many karate kicks as possible within one hour, all in support of St Gemma's Hospice. This incredible organization provides compassionate care and support for individuals in their final days, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.

At WKC, we believe in the Japanese concept of Ikigai, which emphasizes the importance of giving back to our community. By organising this challenge, we aim not only to raise funds but also to spread awareness about the vital services that St Gemma's Hospice offers. We invite you to join us on this journey and help us reach our target of £1,000. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference to the lives of those who need it most.
