For the last 24 years The Church in Wheatley has run a Christmas greeting scheme. Residents, instead of sending cards, exchange Christmas Greetings with local family and friends in a village Christmas card which we deliver to every house in the village. In return they give a donation to the Bassetlaw Hospice. Over the last 23 years a total of £34,750 has been raised for the Hospice.
