A group of us from your favourite Pub are doing the ultimate pub crawl, on foot! we are going to be setting off from The Blue boar in Chipping Norton, with our end destination being the The Wheatsheaf but were going via, The Bell at Stow, No.38 in Cheltenham, The Crown in Minchinhampton, over 48 hours this summer!

The two charities we are raising for via the wooden spoon are Maddy's Mark, a charity founded in memory of rugby player Maddy Lawerence, it promotes positive mental health, confidence and resilience for girls and young women through rugby And Farms for city children a charity that gives children from isolated or disadvantage urban backgrounds the opportunity to spend time on working farms, this will all be done Via the wooden spoon charity.

Wooden Spoon is the children’s charity of rugby, funding life-changing projects across the UK and Ireland to support children and young people with disabilities or facing disadvantage.

Research shows that 1 in 10 children in the UK and Ireland have a disability and there are 3.5 million children in the UK living in poverty. These numbers continue to rise and more and more children need our help.

Our vision is that through the power of rugby, every child and young person has access to the same opportunities.
