Today 8th August 2026 a large group of us are taking part in a wheelbarrow race. That’s right someone is in a wheelbarrow being pushed by a partner all the way from The Stags Head to The Black Ox making some all important hydration breaks along the way.

The funds raised by each team, collections on the day in each pit stop, through the raffle and through this page will all go to the much loved Elfed Unit in Johnstown Carmarthen to help them fund a new equipped bus.
