As a nation of animal lovers, here is our chance to support 3 brilliant, local charities that are dedicated to protecting, rescuing and rehoming animals; Maxis Mates, S.A.R.A and Hope Animal Rescue.

We are organising a 23 mile - Whitby to Redcar charity walk following part of the Cleveland Way on Saturday 25th May 2024. The walk will start at the Whalebones in Whitby and end at the Stray cafe in Redcar where friends, family and supporters will be waiting to greet the walkers back as heros and advocates for animals in need of love and help.

The collective walk will be at your own pace, make it your own and enjoy your day. Even if you feel you can't quite manage the full 23 miles anything is a strong and positive help to 3 wonderful charities that need donations and support more than ever. Dogs most definitely welcome on the walk!

One big Justgiving page has been created that all walkers can use to collect donations with the money going directly to the charities (those donating just click on the charity they want their money to go to)

We are hoping that people will donate equally to all 3. So PLEASE share the Justgiving page far and wide and get those sponsors in for this great event.
