On the 29th & 30th July, some members of the White End team will challenge themselves physically and mentally to complete Tough Mudder and Yorkshire 3 peaks in aid of raising awareness and money for a fantastic charity TOUGH TO TALK.

Tough To Talk's mission is to reduce male suicide rates by empowering men to speak openly about their struggles. Tough to Talk, partner with male-dominated spaces, provide education, and offer resources like #MANUP book and journals to raise awareness and save lives.
