I am taking on this beautiful mountain and trail race with 2898m of ascent and featuring the magnificent Cadair Idris Penygader (893m), Rhinog Fach (712m), Dolgellau, the world renowned Barmouth estuary and the majesty of Wales' greatest forest, Coed-y-Brenin.

This will be one the toughest challenges I have faced both physically and mentally.
