Sponsored walk up Rivington

The Natalie Kate Moss Trust was setup in 2012 by the Moss family after the sudden death of Natalie from a brain haemorrhage. With only 3 out of 5 people surviving a brain haemorrhage within one month, the trust is on a mission to prevent and treat as many brain haemorrhages as possible.

Story

Wigan Athletic Community Trust's female empowerment Premier League Changemakers group is taking part in a sponsored walk to Rivington to raise money for the Natalie Kate Moss Trust.

This social action campaign was launched after one of our participant's parents suddenly passed away from a brain haemorrhage.

To celebrate their memory and raise money for a fantastic cause, our PL Changemakers came together to support each other and have organised a sponsored walk across Rivington to raise money for the Natalie Kate Moss Trust.

The Natalie Kate Moss Trust works to help PREVENT brain haemorrhages from happening and fund ground-breaking research to TREAT them when they do.

Not all brain haemorrhages are preventable.

But some are.

At The Natalie Kate Moss Trust we want to Prevent the Preventable.

We firmly believe that we can prevent more tragedies from occurring through educating and empowering more people to better understand why brain haemorrhages happen so that they can take back control of their own health.
