On the 31st July 2023 when my daughter Olivia was nearly 4 she started to experience extreme separation anxiety, this was followed by OCD behaviours, intrusive thoughts, intense sensory struggles and regression across all areas of her life. We noticed a sudden cognitive decline, she was constantly scared or angry and we had no idea how to support her, until we found PANS PANDAS UK.

PANS PANDAS UK are the UK’s only charity supporting families living with the neuropsychiatric conditions PANS and PANDAS. These conditions often develop suddenly, sometimes literally overnight, and can be both devastating and frightening.
