Myself and a group of six friends are taking on the 24/7 Run Challenge in support of Lewis Moody’s MND charity. Between us we will be running every hour for 24 hours to raise funds for Motor Neurone Disease. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a real difference. Please support us if you can!

7 kilometres (Lewis’s shirt number) every hour, for 24 hours.

Starting at 11:00 on 05/06/26 and Finishing at 11:00 on 06/06/26.

This is a team-based event, designed to be tough, inclusive, and shared. Teams of 2 to 8 people will take it in turns to complete each 7km leg. While not everyone runs every hour, a team member must be present for every leg, keeping the challenge continuous for the full 24 hours.

The event will start and finish at Hartley Farm in Winsley, near Bath, culminating in time for the Bath Rugby vs Leicester Tigers Premiership fixture — the two clubs Lewis proudly represented during his career.
