On 19 November 2026, four players will step onto one padel court with one extraordinary goal: to play for more than 48 hours and attempt to set a new world record.

We are Padel Gone Bad, and we’re not just padel players. We’re the punk rock of padel players.

Our team includes former rugby players, ultra-marathon runners and one bloke who cycled across Europe for a rest! We’re united by a love of ridiculous challenges, questionable decisions and discovering just how far we can push ourselves when it matters.

This challenge will test us physically and mentally. There will be exhaustion, aching muscles, sleep deprivation and moments when every instinct tells us to stop. But this challenge is about something far bigger than a record. It is about using every hour on court to support children and families facing some of life’s most difficult moments.

We are raising £25,000 for two incredible local charities, with equal targets of £12,500 for each.

Julia’s House provides essential care for children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. Its nurses, carers, therapists and family-support teams give children the specialist care they need while offering parents and siblings precious support, time and respite.

The Ellis Edwards Foundation supports bereaved children and their families. They achieve this through accessible, inclusive and therapeutic experiences, the foundation helps young people process loss, build resilience and rediscover moments of happiness.

Together, these charities reach families across Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire and the surrounding areas. They bring comfort, care and hope when families need them most. That is what will keep us moving through every point, every game and every difficult hour.
