Story
As a lot of you probably know we lost our beautiful Mum, Jean to Pancreatic Cancer year at age 62 in April 2024.
She was so cruelly taken by this awful disease when she had so much of her life left to live and so many people are left with an enormous hole in their lives without her.

Personally, I have a number of fundraising events planned in the next 12 months with the big one being the London Marathon 2025:
- The London Marathon 2025!!!
- Battle for Cancer in Sept 2024 (separate fundraising page)
- Manchester Half Marathon (A group of us will be running this on October 13th which will also be particularly special as it would have been her 63rd birthday on this day)
+ more to be organised and campaigns alongside the charity to create further awareness.

Pancreatic Cancer has one of the lowest survival rates of all cancers which is mostly due to late detection. More than half of the people diagnosed die within 3 months.
Pancreatic Cancer receives very little funding due to the high mortality rates. They need significant support to help with research efforts to be able to find treatments to improve survival rates, survival time and also to help with earlier detection.
Anything you can donate to this fantastic course would be appreciated so much ❤️
