In 2026 I will be running the Coventry Half Marathon in support of Myton Hospice, a charity that means so much to me and my family.

In 2022, Myton cared for my mum during her final months as she faced terminal breast cancer. The compassion, dignity and support they gave her — and us as a family — is something I will always be grateful for. Their work made an unimaginable time that little bit easier, and I want to help ensure other families can receive the same care when they need it most.

This will be my first Half Marathon, something I thought I would never do, after taking up running earlier this year. I will be supported along the way by a number of my friends for which I am grateful!

By taking on this challenge, I hope to raise vital funds so Myton can continue providing free specialist care to patients and their loved ones.

Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference. Together we can honour my mum’s memory and support the incredible work of Myton Hospice.
