This July, I will be partaking in the Alpe d'Huez Triathlon to raise funds for Indigo Children's Fund. A grueling yet stunning challenge through the French Alps. The long course consists of a 2.2k swim in the Lac du Verney reservoir followed by a 118k cycle with over 3,200m of elevation (finishing up the iconic Alpe d'Huez climb from the Tour de France) and finally a 20k mixed road and trail run with 300m of climbing. All of this done at altitude.

Indigo Children's Fund is a small UK registered charity set up to help underprivileged children around the world. We have a particular focus on access to education, healthcare and safe accommodation. We are unique in that 100% of all funds raised are spent directly on our projects. Never, ever, on anything else.

We work with individuals and small groups on the ground who are striving to improve their communities and the lives of their children. We then offer financial support and construction management to help achieve their goals.
