Story
I'm running the Brighton Marathon for PSPA, the charity that is dedicated to creating a better future for everyone affected by Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Corticobasal Degeneration.
My mother-in-law Irene was diagnosed with PSP around 10 years ago, and I've seen first hand the impact that this terrible disease has had on her, and on her family now needing to provide a lot of support to Irene. We have personally appreciated the support and advice PSPA provides, as well as wanting to do anything to raise money for research into how to treat these illnesses in the future.
This will be the first time I've attempted to run a marathon, so any and all support for this wonderful charity will be very much appreciated. As well as providing the motivation to get out there and run during the cold and dark winter months!
