This will be my first skydive, and will be a mentally tough challenge considering my fear of heights, but for an excellent cause! Everyone has a relationship with mental health and Mind is there for those who are struggling with theirs.

Here's a few examples of what your donation goes towards:

£30 - Could give telephone or email help to someone

£100 - Could fund a mental health awareness sesssion for a local school or community group

£150 - Could provide specialist training for one volunteer, who will go on to support up to 10 people in the community.
