Alexander, Louis, James, Will, Joe, Kalvin and Andrea- also known as team William Hackett - are gearing up to participate in the Great North Run. They are each running on behalf of HospiceCare North Northumberland, a local charity to many of our employees at Alnwick. By taking on this challenge, they aim to raise much-needed funds to support the incredible work this local charity does for our community.

HospiceCare is the local Hospice at Home charity for North Northumberland serving a population of over 65,000. We deliver practical and emotional care and support to adults living with a terminal illness requiring palliative input and end-of-life care. We also offer support to their families and carers.

HospiceCare also provides Bereavement and Dementia Support services which are accessed via self-referral. There is no charge at the point of delivery for our services which will cost the Hospice around £1.4m this year.
