This year I’m taking on the Great North Run with two of my colleagues from Newett Homes to raise money and awareness for Martin House.

Martin House provides family-led hospice care, free of charge, for children and young people with life-limiting illnesses across North, East and West Yorkshire.

I’ve been running for around five years now, so I’m hoping I can put all that training to good use.

As a dad, raising money for Martin House is something that’s really important to me. They do an incredible job supporting children with life-shortening illnesses and their families, providing care, comfort and precious memories when they’re needed most.
