Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am supporting Falkirk Community Foundation Walking Football

After facing my own challenges following triple heart bypass surgery and dealing with all the emotions and mental health issues that followed, Falkirk Walking Football has given me a new lease of life. My outcome has been good and my recovery has gone well, all thanks to everyone at involved in my care and rehabilitation. However, Falkirk Foundation, especially Danny Newbigging and the “Changing Room” program was a great opportunity to meet with others to talk through our issues, something men aren’t good at. So I want to give a little back to show my appreciation by doing the Edinburgh Kiltwalk. Please consider digging deep to support me in my journey and if you can’t dig deep, then just pop a Penny or two as “Many a Mickle Mac’s a Muckle. My target is £250

Thanks in advance
