Members of the McLaren's Delivering Leadership Excellence Programme are taking part in the 3 Peaks Challenge on 19th - 20th June 2024 to raise funds for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity.

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is dedicated to the emotional, physical and financial wellbeing of construction workers and their families. The charity provides a range of free pro-active resources to support the industry. Their free and confidential 24/7 Helpline as well as text HARDHAT service offers a range of information, guidance and support. These services are complemented by a free Self Support App. Lighthouse Charity receives no public funding so they rely on the industry to 'support their own'. Every penny raised helps make a difference to a construction worker in need.
