September is Wellbeing month and members of London Ambulance Service, friends and family will be taking part in two events, whilst raising funds for Defibrillator's and Community Training.

Event 1 Starting the 15th September 2025 is the CSSC virtual trip around Europe visiting all the major Capitals by logging their daily exercise activity.

Event 2 On the 27th September is the London Ambulance Service - London Life Hike 2025 a 21 km walk around the Capital. Raising funds to support community initiatives like teaching CPR and funding community public-access defibrillators.

Members of the IM&T Department along with staff and friends from The Shanakee Ealing, will be participating in both events and raising funds.
