The Furnley House Foundation do an absolutely amazing job supporting local charities, including Heartwize, and I am a strong supporter of their work. They are currently running the Furnley House FiveAthlon and I shall be taking part in the 3rd Chapter riding 56 miles at Denham Lake on Friday 7th June!

Any funds that I raise will go directly to funding the life-saving work that we do at Heartwize, providing support and training in basic resuscitation skills in schools, businesses and the wider community. The aim is to ensure that ultimately everyone knows how to recognise and respond to a cardiac arrest. This will greatly increase the chance of survival for those affected (currently a dismal 7.8%) and should save thousands of lives every year.
