Following the launch of our West Midlands office last year, William Davis Homes is pleased to be partnering with the Myton Hospices who are a West Midlands charity providing dedicated care services for terminally-ill patients and their families in Coventry and Warwickshire.

The Myton Hospices focus on enhancing life when cure is no longer an option. They are leaders in compassionate end of life care and their work centres on patients and involving them in decisions about their care. Perhaps most importantly they help to provide more quality time with their loved ones.

Last year the Myton charity supported more than 1,500 people and their families across their three hospices and via their patient and family support services.

All of the services provided by Myton are provided free of charge to patients but they receive only 20% funding from the NHS.

WILLIAM DAVIS HOMES FUNDRAISER CHALLENGE

To support much needed fundraising for this important charity William Davis Home have gathered a mixed team of 30 volunteer employees from its head office and construction sites to embark on hiking the Yorkshire Three Peaks on Saturday 15th July.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is a 24-mile round trip route, and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent. It takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres) in under 12 hours
