I turn 40 this year (On Friday 9th May 2025). Instead of buying me gifts I would much rather that you donate anything that you can to ASBAH. My friend Adam Cowdy passed away on 2nd May 2008 at the age of 23. He was a member of the The Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. The charity that covers the lifelong conditions that Adam and I have had since birth. Adam was unortunately not afforded much time in this world but his memory lives on
