Pedal for a Purpose
Three Bikes. One Team. 1,000 Miles for Allergy Awareness.
From 2-6 November, the team at Willis Cooper will be taking on an ambitious indoor cycling challenge, covering the equivalent distance of the iconic Land's End to John O'Groats (LEJOG) route, all within a single working week.
Over five days, using three bikes and a determined team of riders, we'll be aiming to complete 1,000 miles while sharing our progress, milestones and a few sore legs along the way!
More importantly, we're taking on this challenge to raise money for The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, helping to fund vital research into food allergies and working towards a future where children and families affected by allergies can live safer, healthier lives.
This cause is particularly close to our hearts. Our colleague Emily's son, Teddy, lives with severe allergies, and through their experience we've seen how much day-to-day planning, vigilance and worry can come with managing life-threatening allergies. From checking food labels and restaurant menus to carrying emergency medication and navigating everyday situations, allergies can affect every aspect of family life.
By supporting this challenge, you'll not only be helping to fund crucial allergy research, but you'll also be helping to raise awareness and understanding of the realities faced by thousands of children, adults and families every day.
Every mile we cycle and every pound donated will help make a huge difference.
Please support our challenge, follow our journey and help us raise as much as possible for this fantastic cause.
Thank you for your support! ❤️
