Here at Norfolk and Waveney Mind we believe no one should have to suffer with mental health problems alone. 84% of people experience a mental health problem at some point in their lifetime.

From being a service user myself to working for this incredible charity, my journey with Mind has been met with nothing less than ultimate kindness and compassion.
