Story
Hello everyone, my name is Rosie and I'm nearly three years old. On Sunday 17th September, I'm taking part in a BIG fun run with my big sisters, my Mommy and my Daddy.
Me and my sisters may be small, but we are very experienced at running. Whenever Mommy has a snack, we all run very fast to make sure that we get to her first. Whenever Mommy says it's time for bed we run very fast too....in the opposite direction!
This time though, we will be running for an even more important reason than snacks. Mommy says the fun run will help children who lose their baby brothers and sisters. Parents who lose their precious babies, who will never be able to see their children run away when it's time for bed. Mommy and Daddy say this charity are one of the most wonderful causes they have ever known, so we want to raise loads of money to help them.
Poppy, Freya and I ran the junior fun run last year - I must admit, I wanted to finish my snack rather than run and my sisters had to carry me crying over the finish line. Now that I know I will get a snack at the end of the run, I have promised not to cry this year. My sisters want a bigger challenge, so we have all decided to run 5k together this year - it's going to take a LONG time!
We would be SO happy if you could sponsor us. Poppy and Freya have been very busy training and you would make our day if you could donate just a few pounds.
Thank you from me (age 2 years 11 months), thank you from Freya (age 6 and a half) and thank you from Poppy (age 9 and a half). And thank you from Mommy and Daddy (we've told daddy he can have a beer at the end, so he's promised not to cry).
