So, yesterday we completed the Adventure Triple Challenge for the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.

It took us ten hours in total, but in that time we cycled 28 miles, kayaked two miles across Ullswater, and scaled Helvellyn, England's third highest peak, which in itself took five hours to get up and down.

This morning we're aching from he'd to toe, but we're very proud to say that to date we've raised over £1000 for a fantastic cause.

The Rainbow Trust Children's Charity supports families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness. When a child has a serious illness, family life is turned upside down and time becomes more precious than ever.

Rainbow Trust pairs each family with an expert Family Support Worker who enables them to make the most of time together, giving them practical and emotional support, for as long as is needed.

Rainbow Trust supports the whole family including parents, carers, the unwell child, brothers, sisters and grandparents.
