Every day at Guy’s Hospital, I care for people and families facing one of the most difficult moments of their lives. In oncology, we witness not only the challenges of cancer, but also the extraordinary strength, hope, and resilience of our patients. Having been a family member for my father when he was treated at the Guys oncology department during the Covid pandemic I saw first hand the amazing the care that they give and I'm grateful that he received this, hence I want to give back to the department I work in.
