Story
A team of individuals from WTW's Global Aviation and Space's BU are endeavouring to complete the WTW Thames Path Trek for Children with Cancer UK on the 10th October.
The trek will take off from WTW London Lime Street Office and will cross up to 16 bridges in total covering an approx. distance of 20km – 25km
We are fundraising for Children with Cancer UK -one of the leading childhood cancer charities in the UK. Around 4,200 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer every year in the UK. CWC have been working tirelessly since 1988 to fund research and initiatives that support children and their families through their cancer journey, developing better, kinder treatments. They also raise awareness, inspire action and fund support for families through treatment and beyond – so that they can help more children have the future they deserve.
Their work has contributed significantly to a marked increase in childhood cancer survival rates and improved quality of life for patients.
