Jacob’s fundraiser project 16:15

Steven Barrie is raising money for Project 16:15

Abseiling · 25 April 2026

Project 16:15 is built upon the foundation and belief that every member of our community, regardless of situation & circumstance, has the right to not only feel valued, But to know they have value, & they have worth. We call this a revolution in kindness and would love for you to discover why.

Story

"If we have the power to make a real difference in someone’s life, why wouldn’t we take it?"

Hi, my name is SB, and I have the privilege of working with WiNurture, an organisation devoted to empowering young individuals with learning disabilities to flourish in every aspect of their lives. At WiNurture, we are passionately committed to creating supportive, nurturing environments where each child can discover their strengths, embrace their potential, and achieve the outcomes they truly deserve.

One of the remarkable children we have the privilege of supporting and devotes every other Saturday and every Sunday to contributing to Project 16:15. With unwavering dedication and a heart full of compassion, he assist in caring for the homeless, ensuring their needs are met with warm meals, refreshments, and a sense of dignity. His generosity and selflessness not only bring comfort to those facing hardship but also inspire everyone around them to recognise the profound impact that kindness and consistent support can have on people’s lives. Which brings me back to the question if we have the power to make a real difference in someone’s life, why wouldn’t we take it?

On the 25th of April 2026, J will be abseiling down the Northampton lift tower to raise money for the project 16:15.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and hope you could denote to his cause.
