2 years ago I did a 24 hour charity danceathon for my 30th birthday. This year I'm doing it all over again, to raise funds for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home!

The danceathon will begin 10pm Thurs 13th April and last until 10pm Fri 14th!

Battersea operate rescue centres for dogs and cats, giving them training, rehabilitation and nursing them to health, then helping them find new homes.

Our dog, Roxy, was a Battersea dog. They did a fantastic job helping her after she was given up with most of her fur missing, riddled with fleas, and having a tough time reacting to kennels. After a month of waiting for her to stop being sick, we were able to take her home! She is the perfect dog and the support and care Battersea give to animals and owners is amazing.

Although times are tough I'm really hoping I can raise funds to help their work! All donations are really appreciated so thank you so much and I hope you enjoy the stream.

What can your donation achieve?

£2 – A microchip for one animal to ensure if they get lost they can easily be found

£5 – A treat pack, such as a bouncy ball or a tasty snack, to reduce stress and brighten up their time with us

£7.50 – Vital vaccinations for two animals

£10 – A blanket to ensure they keep warm in their kennel or cat cabin

£25 – An enrichment package for a cat, including a wand, food enrichment toys, and a scratching post
