Story
It has been 9 years since undertaking the Fellowship and 8 years since walking Hadrians Wall to fundraise for the William Morris Craft Fellowship. Since then I have been the fundraising officer for the charity, which is a longstanding sponsor of the SPAB's programme. Interest rates are down so additional funding is needed more than ever for us to carry out our charitable aims.
The Fellowship is a career-forming experience, not for the faint-hearted and I am very proud to be part of a wonderful, hard-working compassionate group of people, who foster sensitive repair skills and pass them on wherever they can.
Please support the great work of this charity! I will be walking the Ridgeway National Trail "Britain's Oldest Road" next week and hope to raise a little for WMCFT in the process. The trail is 87 miles and we will attempt to do it in 6 days. Heck.
