The prize includes a fantastic off-road guided tour with an experienced keeper to feed the giraffe herd, and then get unforgettably close to the other magnificent species in the Road Safari, like rhinos, monkeys, tigers and lions. Learn all about individual characters, adaptations, husbandry, the threats their species face in the wild, and what we're doing to help protect them.

The Giraffe Conservation Foundation (GCF) is the only NGO in the world that concentrates solely on the conservation and management of giraffe in the wild throughout Africa. The GCF is currently involved in giraffe conservation initiatives in 15 African countries.

GCF’s primary objective is to raise awareness and support towards securing a future for giraffe and the conservation of their habitat in Africa, and more specifically to:

- support the conservation of viable and existing habitat for giraffe;

- identify key threats to giraffe in Africa and develop innovative ways to mitigate them;

- raise awareness of and promote the value of giraffe conservation in African Range States as well as internationally;

- plan, develop, implement and administer projects and programmes – including the appointment of project staff – in support of its primary objective, in co-operation with local communities and partner institutions, as appropriate;

- collaborate with local, national and international partners on giraffe conservation efforts in the interests of giraffe conservation in African Range States; and

- raise funds for giraffe conservation and management throughout Africa.

• You may make several entries to the prize draw but only one winner and one runner-up will be chosen

• The prize draw will close at 23:59 on 30th June 2024 and the winner will be randomly selected through a draw performed by a computer process by 5th July 2024

• There will be one overall winner
