Woodward Group Yorkshire Three Peaks Charity Challenge

Woodward Group are taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in yet another year of charity fundraising. After the successful completion of the National Three Peaks Challenge, the amazing amount of money raised, and the tough Tough Mudder event undertaken last year, we have set our sights on a new challenge and a charity that we hold close to our hearts.

This year, our team will tackle the Yorkshire Three Peaks — Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough — covering around 24 miles of challenging terrain, all in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities UK.

Ronald McDonald House Charities UK provides free “home away from home” accommodation for families with children undergoing treatment in hospital. Their Houses offer much more than just a place to stay — they provide family activities, peer support, respite, and many other services. This allows families to remain close to their child’s bedside within moments, while maintaining a sense of normal life and reducing both the emotional and financial strain during an incredibly difficult time.

Each year, the charity supports over 6,000 families, and now more than ever they need our help.

We’re incredibly proud to be supporting such an important cause and will be pushing ourselves through this tough challenge to raise as much as possible.
