About the Baton of Hope UK:

Created originally by Mike McCarthy and Steve Phillip following the tragic loss of their sons Ross and Jordan by suicide. The Baton Of Hope UK is fast becoming the highest profile and biggest impact suicide awareness and prevention initiative the UK has ever seen.

Our primary purpose is to help move the UK towards a zero suicide society. We are doing this by raising awareness about suicide and suicide prevention, opening up conversations around mental health and wellbeing and encouraging workplace, educational environments and communities to all help play their part in saving lives.
