The need has never been greater:
Over 1 million young people in the UK are currently not earning or learning. A waste of young people's potential and a loss of talent for your industry.
We're making a difference this year we're:
- Reaching over 70,000 young people in schools and colleges through our programmes.
- Engaging 2,000,000 million young people online to help them make empowered career choices.
- Our efforts are supported by over 500 volunteers, working directly with students in schools.

- Volunteer engagement – Give your team the chance to share their skills, mentor students, or collaborate digitally, building not only the capabilities of young people but also those of your workforce.
- Taster Days – Provide young people with an invaluable opportunity to experience your workplace firsthand. We know that students who interact with employers are 86% more likely to succeed in their careers.
- Event participation – Share industry insights and network with both peers and students at our events. There’s also an opportunity to join our Inclusion Network and expand the reach of our programmes.
- Digital content creation – Reach young people in their digital spaces. We co-create content that inspires and informs, helping students to make well-informed decisions about their futures.
