In the past year, we reached over 28,000 young people (14-19 years) in schools and engaged 400,000 online. We connect these aspiring talents with real-world industry insights, empowering them to shape their own destinies – all for free.

Our impact extends beyond the classroom, fostering confidence, enhancing well-being, driving social mobility, and championing workplace diversity and inclusivity.

This academic year, our goal is to empower 60,000 young people in person and 1,000,000 online. Every young person has extraordinary potential.
