On Sunday 12th October our team, of staff and members, are excited to take part in the Epic Trail Run at Ashton Court Bristol. We have all been training hard in the lead up and our aim is to challenge ourselves to complete the distance whilst also raising as much money as possible for Penny Brohn UK.
At Penny Brohn UK we support anyone affected by cancer. Our holistic approach to helping people live well with cancer - The Bristol Whole Life Approach - gives anyone affected by cancer the practical, emotional and social support they need to improve their quality of life and to manage the fear and uncertainty that a cancer diagnosis may bring. With your support we can provide more live changing support to people who need our help the most.
Workout Ashton have chosen to support Penny Brohn UK as, like us, they are a local business serving the residents of Bristol and beyond with all aspects of their health at a time when they need it most.
