Worth's fundraiser for Mary’s Meals

Worth School has supported the Farsee Korma Public School in Liberia for the last six years, raising money to provide a daily meal to every child attending school through the charity Mary’s Meals.
We are aiming to raise £7,500 to feed children at both the Farsee Korma Public School and a second school we are supporting, Chibale School in Zambia, which has 218 children. We have raised £1,745 offline and are now raising £5,755 here to reach our target to feed children at both schools.
In April 2025, Worth's Head of Performance Tom Wilkinson will be running the London Marathon to show how running can help with mental wellbeing and to raise money for Mary's Meals. You can sponsor Tom via this page.
Mary’s Meals works in some of the world’s poorest countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, feeding 2,429,182 children every school day. Since establishing a relationship with Mary’s Meals in 2017, we have raised more than £42,000 through various initiatives and this fundraising means the 223 children who go to Farsee Korma get at least one nourishing meal every day alongside their education.
It costs £19.15 to feed a child for a whole school year. To ensure all children at both schools receive a daily meal across the next year, we need to raise £7,500 Please help us in this fundraising if you can.
We appreciate your generosity for any donations.
