Story
We are taking part in St John's Hospice's 50-50-500 Charity Challenge!
I'll be dressing as a ninja for a day to raise money for this fantastic charity. If I need to go to the shops, I'll have to do it dressed as a ninja. If I'm trading at an event with Wrap Ninjas, I'll have to do it dressed as a ninja. If I sunbath in the garden, I'll have to do it dressed as a ninja.
Once I agree to it, I've been putting it off for ages because I've been almost chicken-ing out. Please donate LOADS so I feel like all the embarrassment and discomfort is worth it! :-)
The more is donated, the longer I'll stay in full ninja costume. Up to £500 = 12 hours (easier), £501-£750 = 18 hours (quite tricky). £750+ = 24 hours (probably getting rather inconvenient and tricky now)
St Johns Hospice is a local charity which provides free palliative care to patients with life shortening conditions. Their services cover a population area of 250,000 people in North Lancashire, South Lakes and parts of North Yorkshire where they have been caring for the community every minute of every day since 1986.
