Join Woburn Safari Park's keepers on the 31st October and 1st November for a 'Madagas-scare' lemur charity weekend. A fun-filled weekend raising vital funds for IMPACT Madagascar and its work to protect endangered lemurs in the wild.
Enjoy a range of activities for the whole family, including a tombola, arts and crafts, and the opportunity to make your own animal enrichment. You can also book a Mini VIP experience to meet the meerkats and Spin the Wheel for the chance to win a VIP Up Close Encounter with the capybaras!
Throughout the weekend, visitors have the chance to talk to Woburn Safari Park’s experienced team, who will share interesting insights about the lemur species living at the park and tell you more about the incredible charity they are supporting!
All proceeds from the stall will go directly to IMPACT Madagascar, helping to fund vital conservation work and protect Madagascar's incredible biodiversity. The charity focuses on conservation, reforestation and sustainable development, addressing challenges such as deforestation and poverty. It also works to conserve endangered lemur species in the wild by monitoring individual animals and helping to safeguard their health and welfare.
By supporting IMPACT Madagascar, Woburn Safari Park is helping improve the chance of a future for Madagascar’s unique wildlife, while also promoting sustainable livelihoods for the local communities that depend on the land.
