Story

This will be my second time running as part of Team Acorns for Run Solihull but this time, I’m taking on the half marathon instead of the 10K (so please, wish me luck!).

Acorns Children’s Hospice holds a very special place in my heart. They cared for our beautiful baby boy, with such love, gentleness, and dignity. But it didn’t stop there they supported us as parents, welcomed our family and friends, and have continued to walk with us even after Kayode's passing. Their kindness didn’t end when the grief began. They’ve given, and kept giving.

I’m running to say thank you and to help make sure they can continue offering this incredible care to other children and families.

If you can, please donate, or share this page. Every little bit helps.

Thank you so much.
