About Summer Youth Project

Summer Youth Project is a vital initiative empowering Wycombe’s local young people from low-income families by removing barriers to summer enrichment.

Every year we receive over 30 applications for bursaries. We aim to offer all young people from low-income families the unique experience of being in a full-scale musical on Wycombe Swan's main stage.

The Project:

- Uses theatre as a tool to boost mental health

- Builds a sense of community where young people feel seen, valued, and equipped with tools for future success.

- Sparks a passion for theatre for life
