The Wymondham College Parent Staff Association raises funds to enhance the sporting experience of every pupil at the College. Every pound raised through this page goes directly toward sports equipment that students, staff and the wider community will use for years to come.

Our current fundraising priorities

We are currently raising funds for two pieces of sports equipment that will significantly improve provision across the College.

Football: Premium full sized box goals and a pair of high-quality wheeled 9-aside box goals to elevate the matchday experience for our 1st XI fixtures and reduce the manual handling burden on our grounds team. These goals will also support our growing girls' football programme and a community partnership with Morley Youth Football Club.

Cricket: new pitch covers to protect our cricket squares from the British weather, extending the playing season, improving pitch quality, and ensuring multiple fixtures can go ahead in changeable conditions.

What the PSA has funded in recent years

Our parent community has already made a real difference to school sport at Wymondham. Recent PSA-funded projects include:

An £8,500 funding of a full set of butterfly table tennis tables to broaden the sports offering

A £5,000 contribution to the new cricket pitch irrigation system, installed over Easter and now keeping our cricket square in excellent condition year-round

£5,000 toward new rugby post cushions, improving safety on our rugby pitches

Sports kit, equipment and training resources across multiple disciplines

Why your donation matters

Departmental sports budgets cover day-to-day teaching needs but cannot stretch to larger capital purchases like full-size goals or pitch covers. That is where the PSA steps in. Your donation, whatever the size, helps us buy the equipment that turns a good sports programme into an exceptional one.

Every donation, large or small, goes straight to sports equipment for the College.

If you are a UK taxpayer, please tick the Gift Aid box when you donate. It costs you nothing and adds 25 percent to your gift at no extra cost.

Thank you for supporting Wymondham College sport.
