PAPYRUS is the national charity for the prevention of young suicide. Story

This August will mark 5 years since we lost our dear friend Ben, and 4 years since we hosted an incredibly successful charity rugby match to raise money for PAPYRUS

To mark 5 years without Ben, we are going to be undertaking the 7 hills of Edinburgh challenge on Saturday the 30th August 2025. This isn't intended to be a race or timed event, but an open invitation to everyone who wishes to join us for a day of walking, remembering and sharing memories. Please come and join us on the day for as little or as much of the walk as you would like, and donate here to PAPYRUS who continue to do incredible work in the prevention of young suicide.

The 7 hills challenge is a 27km route around Edinburgh, with summits of Arthur's Seat, Blackford Hill, Braid Hill, Easter Craiglockhart Hill, Costorphine Hill, Calton Hill and Castle Rock

From 6pm we will be hosting an event at Heriot's Rugby Club at Goldenacre with a BBQ, raffle and speeches to continue celebrating Ben's life and raise more money for this brilliant charity. Tickets will be available to buy online here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/7-hills-challenge-afterparty-tickets-1389374609859?aff=oddtdtcreator

Thank you all very much and we hope to see lots of you in August!
