The Amy Robinson Foundation is a charitable trust which aims to improve the lives of young people and support families affected by child bereavement, as well as raise awareness of Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC). In 2023 we awarded grants to SUDC UK, SLOW and The Compassionate Friends.

Story

Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page.

On May 10th 2025, a group of ten families will embark on a hiking challenge in memory of our beloved Amy, a cherished daughter, sister, and friend. We aim to raise funds for the Amy Robinson Foundation. Ten adults will tackle the Yorkshire Three Peaks, climbing Pen-y-Ghent (694m/2276ft), Wrenside (736m/2414ft), and Ingleborough (723m/2372ft) - a 25mile/39km circular route - within 12 hours. For the final peak, Ingleborough, they will be joined by the rest of the group to complete the challenge together. This includes 20 children, aged 4 to 10 years old - quite a feat for little legs!

The Amy Robinson Foundation was established in loving memory of Amy, who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of three and a half. The foundation raises awareness of Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC), supports bereaved families to access counselling and therapeutic services, and provides grants to charities working in the field of child bereavement.
