On Saturday 20th July, I will be (attempting to!) walk the Yorkshire Three Peaks with three lovely people - Adam, Connie and (also!) Adam. This time, it's to raise money for the National Migraine Centre, an amazing charity which supports people with migraine and headache. Chronic migraine has affected my life in so many ways and the National Migraine Centre does invaluable work to try and support and advocate for migraine patients, as well as raising awareness of migraine and cluster headache. I'm also incredibly lucky to work for the charity, and see every day how hard my colleagues work to support those living with migraine. Thank you so much in advance for any donations - I can't tell you how valuable it feels to finally feel some hope when you live with this debilitating neurological condition, and that's what an appointment with the National Migraine Centre can offer.
